OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We will process your order within 1 to 3 business days. Our shipping providers are PUROLATOR, GLS, ICS Courrier, FedEx with the standard service ''Ground'' for the province of Quebec. The other provinces of Canada are not currently served with the standard service. The shipping cost is set at $16.95, plus taxes, for all orders that do not have the minimum purchase required of $198. Beyond this amount, standard shipping is free. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is present at the time of the delivery person's visit, a box will be affixed to your door with a message to collect your package at the address indicated. Make sure to have this box and proof of identity with you in order to collect your package.

In addition, a faster shipping service is currently available. Indeed, the EXPRESS DELIVERY service is available for a fee of $24.95 plus taxes. This is available for the province of Quebec and the only shipping method for the province of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Delivery with this service is free with any purchase of $498 or more.
