Are the products I find in the store all available on your site?

No. Unfortunately, for reasons of reduced staff, we cannot make all products available in store. We strive to do our best to achieve this.

Is it possible to have my purchases wrapped in a gift box?

Certainly yes. You only have to specify it in the comments to be added before completing the transaction.

Is it possible to have the alterations made on the pants I bought online?

Of course. In the "Comments" section specify that you would like your pants altered. You must then provide the measurement from your crotch to the top of the foot. A fee of $15 plus taxes will be charged for the work done.

Is it possible to be informed about new arrivals, fashion trends and promotions?

Yes, absolutely. You can subscribe to our Facebook page, which is animated every day, or subscribe to our monthly newsletter. Thus, you are guaranteed to receive all our good news no matter where you are.

Is it possible to buy a gift card on the Lacroix Espace boutique site?

Yes. This gift card will be valid for all purchases in store or online. Choose the desired amount: $50, $100, $250, $500 or the amount of your choice.



What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must contact customer service at 819-843-3209 as soon as possible so that the order is not processed. The amount charged to your credit card will then be refunded if it has been received.



What is the cost for the delivery of my order?

The delivery charge is set at $16.95 if the minimum purchase of $198 is not reached.

Is it possible to order outside of Canada?

No, it is not possible to ship outside of Canada.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time may vary from 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere than at home?

No. For security reasons, the billing address must be identical to the delivery address.

Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?

Certainly yes. You must select this choice in the basket and thus avoid delivery costs.

Do you ship anywhere in Canada?

No. We limit our shipments for the province of Quebec.


Return and refund

Can I return clothes that don't fit?

Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days following the date of purchase indicated on your invoice to return the clothes purchased with the original tags. You can come directly to our store or return them by post at your expense. Clothing must not have been used. A credit for the amount of the purchase will be made to your credit card, except for delivery charges which are non-refundable.

Can I get reimbursed in store for purchases I made online?

Certainly yes. Regular priced items are subject to our 7 day refund policy. The amount of your purchase will be credited to your credit card, except for delivery charges which are non-refundable. All items purchased on sale are final sale.
