OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchased items in-store or online, our 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase applies. You will get a refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of the purchase date. After this 7-day period, a credit note in the form of a gift card will be issued to the customer.

Returned or exchanged items must be new, unworn, unaltered and unused*, and with the original tag and packaging. An invoice with the date of purchase of the items (paper or electronic invoice) and/or the web order form are required for returns made in store.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made by mail, only in store.
